I was here not long ago
Today was the day I was getting my exercise routine back on track. What that means to me is that I was going to get up early and walk for a mile or two. Eventually, the goal is for me to run 2 miles a day, but that is a long way off. So at 6:30 am my eyes pop open, I sit up and look out the window and … it’s raining! And not just a little drizzle, it’s raining hard! I have nothing else prepared as a backup, so now it will take me awhile to figure out how else I can bet my walking or some other exercise completed.
The good news, though, is that although I could eat carbs yesterday I was reluctant to eat as many as I would normally. Breakfast and lunch were small balanced meals; dinner had pasta in it but my portion…
