Good morning Monday!
Another great weekend behind us. Saturday I completed a mile long walk at the local park with a brand new pair of Nike women’s running sneakers. Only one irrating blister to pamper after the walk. On Sunday I had a great workout at the gym that consisted of a seven mile bike ride followed by leg and arm weight exercises and finished up with a 20 minute eliptical fat buring workout. This morning I feel thinner. What a great feeling.
There wasn’t anything major in the works for our Points Plus meal plans. Bill and I both stayed on target and should fair well at our next weigh-in tomorrow. Time will tell and
It’ll all be worth it
